For more than 70 years, God has been at work through Grace Church. Over my first two years as pastor, I’ve had the privilege of seeing that story continue. More people are finding and following Jesus. Families are being restored. Children are hearing the gospel. Students are taking bold steps of faith. Hundreds of people have chosen baptism. Every week, new people walk through our doors looking for hope and finding it in Jesus.
God is writing another chapter in the story of Grace Church. The question before us isn’t whether God is moving. He is. The question is whether we’ll prepare room for what He wants to do next.
That’s why we’re inviting you to ALL IN.
Our prayer isn’t that everyone responds in the same way. Our prayer is that everyone takes the next step that God is inviting them to take.
One day, future generations will tell the story of what God did during this season at Grace Church: the story of a church family who responded with faith, generosity, and obedience.
ALL IN
For the next two years, we’re coming together as one church around one mission, asking God what it looks like for each of us to go ALL IN with what He has entrusted to us.
But ALL IN is about more than reaching a financial goal. It’s about what God wants to do in us and what He wants to do through us. It’s an opportunity for each of us to grow in faith, generosity, and trust while, together, making room for more people to experience the transforming grace of Jesus.

Our primary goal is for
every person who calls Grace Church home to take a step toward
deeper spiritual growth through ALL IN.
We believe God is inviting each of us into this season for a purpose.
Our desire is that every person would prayerfully ask,
“What does it look like for me to be ALL IN?”
and then respond with faith, obedience, generosity, and trust.
Because ALL IN is about much more than raising money.
It’s a spiritual journey of recognizing where God is working,
responding to His invitation, and becoming part of what He is doing.

Our secondary goal is to
advance the mission God has entrusted to Grace Church for an even
greater impact in our community and around the world.
Together, our generosity will strengthen growing ministries,
expand our local and global outreach, and help us faithfully steward
and enhance our campus for future generations.
These are more than investments in programs or buildings.
They are investments in the mission—creating opportunities for
more people to encounter Jesus, grow in their faith, discover
their purpose, and participate in what God is doing.

First and foremost, we are asking that you pray and seek God’s direction on what He is asking of you. Prepare your heart to hear Him and then listen to what He says. Take your next step. Engage in personal reflection with God in this guide. Talk with your spouse, your family, or friends about what this commitment will mean for this next exciting season of your life.
We are asking that you make a sacrificial commitment to gospel-centered generosity, whatever it is that God leads you to do. Follow His leading.
Finally, we ask that you prepare to be amazed. We serve an awesome God, and He is going to move in huge ways. We anticipate an unprecedented impact from our collective ALL IN commitments, something only God can do. Please mark your calendar for Commitment Sunday, October 11, and prepare to experience a life-changing worship service that will forever be remembered as a defining moment for our church and our own faith.
We are focused on everyone at Grace seeing their giving as an integral part of the discipleship process and then being challenged by God to take a next step. This is our first priority: 100% participation.
Even if someone wrote us a check today for our secondary goal of $14M, we would still do this initiative. Whether we’re just starting in our giving journey or we’re very committed givers, we all have a next step to take and room to grow in this area.
Absolutely! We want everyone at Grace to be part of ALL IN, including the next generation. Our Family Ministry Team has created age-appropriate ways for kids and students to learn about generosity, grow in their faith, and discover how they can participate.
Over the next two years, we anticipate approximately $6.7M will support Continued Ministry and Expanded Outreach at Grace. The $14M ALL IN goal includes that amount, along with an additional $7.3M in generosity over two years.
That means we are asking God to provide approximately $3.65M per year above our current annual giving.
Be creative as you explore ways you and your family can give toward ALL IN. You might have some stocks, property, or other items of that nature.
Or you may have stored resources that God has blessed you with in the past that He just might be calling you to give during this time. Please let us know if you need assistance with facilitating gifts of property or stock, and we would be happy to help you.
We are asking that everyone make a two-year (24-month) commitment. On October 11, bring your Commitment Card to Commitment Sunday. Then join us for the Big Give offering on Sunday, October 25.
ALL IN then runs for two years and culminates in October of 2028.
ALL IN is about the vision for our church and our personal discipleship in giving as followers of Jesus. We believe that the local church is one of the most compelling missions to give toward, and we would really love for you to make Grace your home and join us in ALL IN.

ALL IN is about your total, radical, sacrificial generosity to God’s mission at Grace. We believe that God calls us to action in times of hardship just as much as He does in times of abundance, and that looks different for every person.
ALL IN is about a heart change, one that is only accomplished by surrendering our lives completely over to God in this area of giving and declaring that we are a people who are unfinished.
That may mean selling some things, taking on extra work, or even stepping out in faith by making a commitment you don’t know how you’ll fulfill. It’s an opportunity to trust God to provide as you prayerfully seek ways to grow in generosity and honor the commitment you’ve made.
We would like for 100% of us to be a part of ALL IN so that we can all be supporting, loving, encouraging, and praying for one another through this spiritually stretching season at Grace.
Absolutely. ALL IN is not about everyone giving the same amount; it’s about everyone prayerfully taking a step of faith.
