Welcome to Junior High

GCGJHM is designed to help 7th and 8th grade students build relationships and strengthen their faith. At this stage in their lives, students are starting to own their faith and wrestle with what it actually means to follow Jesus. They are also looking for stable friendships with peers and leaders that they can trust. Our goal is to help students deepen their faith and character by teaching them how to be biblically based disciples of Jesus. We are also committed to helping students form and cultivate meaningful relationships that will support their life-long spiritual, emotional, and relational development and positively impact others.

Sunday Service

11:00 am  in Building D “The Vault”

Junior High students are encouraged to attend their own Sunday service with their peers. Sunday mornings consist of a growing community, fun games, and time to worship God and go through the Bible together. This Sunday is an awesome opportunity for students to invite someone in their Oikos! We hope your student joins us!

Small Groups

Sunday 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm in Building D

Small groups are the way GCGJHM intentionally reaches every student to foster grow in their faith. We group students with boys and girls their own age so they can pray, talk, have fun, and learn about Jesus together. Students new to GCGJHM will be warmly welcomed into a small group.

Connection Nights

Wednesday 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm in Building D

We believe that Jesus wants us to live in community with others! Connection Night is a great opportunity for students to gather mid-week, escape the busy reality of school, and invite friends in their Oikos. Here students will experience connection with their peers, adult leaders, and with Jesus! If your student is looking for deeper connections, come check us out! We would love to meet you!

High School

The High School Group exists to help high school students build deeper relationships with God, each other, their families, and their community. The high school years hold many important character-shaping moments and students are asking “who am I” and “what will I do?” They are also looking for stable friendships with peers and leaders that they can trust.

Connect Groups

Why do I need to be in a CONNECT group?

At Grace Church, we believe we are called to follow what scripture teaches us to do. In scripture, we see that God's people would leave large gatherings and go back to different homes with their family and Oikos to encourage and build each other up. We know that to be true today, and at Grace, we call those our CONNECT groups.

Please reach out to Pastor Josh at  jbaker@grace-church.com, and let us start connecting today.
